We have been there a few times and each time everyone has treated my grandchildren with understanding and kindness. My 12 yr. old went in my herself, which  she said she was would be fine. She came back later and she did Great. It's the moments like that you have to trust the staff and trust your children, in the end TRUST YOURSELF. Dr. Farmer and his staff provided excellent care in treating my 5 year old today. She needed two extractions. Farmers Pediatric Dentistry went above and beyond to keep her as comfortable as possible, they maintained a calm professional environment and made sure I was well informed of procedure and aftercare. After having poor experiences at 2 pediatric dentist near us, and seeing so many others struggle with the same issues, I wanted to share our experience at Farmer Pediatric Dentistry, PSCs new location in London! I cannot reccomend them enough! My child, who has severe anxiety, was treated with nothing but kindness. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure a comforting experience. Dr. Farmer and his team were incredibly patient and took the time to explain every step of the process in a kid friendly way before moving forward. This made a huge difference in easing my child’s fears! The staffs dedication to keeping the experience as stress-free as possible absolutely blew me away. I was also allowed to stay with her for the entire visit, which of course made the already great experience that much better. I will be able to stay with her for visits until she is 10 years old! And after seeing how amazing they were with her today, I have no doubt she will have no problem going back without me when she hits 10! We are blessed that this practice has opened a clinic in London! Yall looking for a good pediatric dentist should absolutely give them a call!
