Andrew B. Farmer, DMD
Dr. Farmer was born and raised in Leslie County, KY and attended the University of Kentucky where he obtained a BS degree in Biology in 2006. He graduated from the UK College of Dentistry in 2010, earning a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and attained his certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the UK Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program in 2012. Dr. Farmer is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist with diplomate status. He is an active member of the ABPD, AAPD, KAPD, and the ADA. Dr. Farmer recently served on the KY Board of Dentistry for a four-year term. He is active in ministry, plays piano, enjoys hunting, coaching basketball and baseball, and is an avid UK sports fan. He loves his life as a husband to Crystal and father to his son, Sawyer (12) and daughter, Saylor (10). Dr. Farmer takes pride in providing safe, quality, and compassionate care for all of his patients!
Courtney L. Collett, DMD
Dr. Collett was born and raised in Leslie County, KY and attended Alice Lloyd College where she attained a BS degree in Biology and Minor in Chemistry. She graduated from the U of L School of Dentistry in 2014, earning a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. She returned home and practiced dentistry for two years. During this time, she realized treating children was her true love! She continued her training in 2016 at the UK Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program earning a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Collett is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, an active member of the AAPD, KAPD, and Southeast Society of Pediatric Dentistry. Away from the office, she spends the majority of her time with family. She is a special needs mom and due to her personal experience with autism, she has a deep understanding and care for these children from home to our practice. Dr. Collett is an animal lover, loves being outdoors, and loves traveling!
